Hi Michael, I don't think there is a list per se, but we have Kaltura that allows you to upload videos, see here http://wikieducator.org/Collaborative_Video_-_Help_and_Sandbox
I have also used Blip TV before in one the L4C courses with a spoken message. Perhaps it would be a good idea to get the community together to develop new tutorials that address these, following your lead.
