In this case I think it would be more reasonable to link to WLM-project and explain that the number is given for WLM-competition. Maybe instead of Ukrainian flag it would be better to place WMUA logo or something like that?
This is one option. Another option would be to clearly separate ineligible monuments with a different color. This is how I tried to do it when I still had an illusion that my effort is needed by somebody.
