Hi Enock, The way most partners zero-rate is that they do not charge you when using Wikipedia, but if you have a no-balance sim card, they may not allow internet access at all. Then, you cannot get to the internet to have Wikipedia zero-rated.
I'm not sure about all the types of service that MTN Ghana offers. When you are using your laptop with Firefox, is this using the MTN cellular service on your phone? It would also be helpful if you could provide us your IP when you are trying to use Wikipedia Zero with a balance but do not see a banner. Please try a site like www.whatismyip.org or similar service and let us know the IP you are using. Then I can check it against our known IP ranges for MTN Ghana. Thanks!
