Best, Phoebe PS on the photos question, I worked closely with Esra'a on this for Wikimania - it was not difficult to accommodate no photos of her, and it's important. She has a lot of experience with how to do this practically in group situations - being out of frame, etc - and I don't think a reluctance to have photos of herself online changes her, or our, commitment to crowdsourced, well-documented open projects in the slightest.
