From the talk page (noticed after leaving a comment there): "The Annual
Plan has been finalized by the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees.
While it will not undergo additional changes, teams across the
Foundation will continue to offer project-specific opportunities for
engagement and community feedback."
So this is for information only, not discussion with/contributions from
the community? That doesn't seem very collaborative.
