Hello, Yes, this is a huge problem for Indian content hosted on Wikimedia servers, and not only for Wikisource, but also for pictures, movies, sounds, etc. hosted on Wikimedia Commons.
There were quite a few famous images of Mahatma Gandhi deleted for this reason.
