Oscar, As the vice chair of the board, is your work to question every little thing people do? There is a proper way to handle issues. That does not mean avoiding them but it also does not mean confrontation. You are part of the board, meaning you are on the board's mailing list, why did you choose this as the forum for your questions? Display leadership not the autocracy you exhibited over the financial issues with Steve.
