There was an error in the URL for posting on our Commons Page, i have changed it from http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaign=wlm-ke%20to http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaign=wlm-keand now it works fine
