Your're right, I used a wrong example. I got troubles from html codes,
quotes and templates; not from links.
Well.... it seems that {{urlencode:{{{1|}}}|WIKI}} solves anything. Thanks.
I'll test it on our main infoboxes.
I apologyze for my question (perhaps not so deep).
