The actual status is that we have a offer from the WMDE to pay for a server under 50 €. Someone from us rent a server and send the bill the WMDE which pay it back. The condition is that we send every three month a report about current project, their progress. The project should have a project description so the WMDE can see what the projects do. Now we need some persons who write down their project (please see here: http://beta.wikiversity.org/wiki/Sandbox_Server#Projects). We also need someone who rents a server. In the new server we should have more than one root (=admin). The only weak point is that the person who rents the server gives out. As someone who has been closely involved in this so far, what do you think we need in order to get this up and running?
