BDElog.txt is one of the spyware files from Brilliant Digital Entertainment.
Based on what I've seen from most users, I suspect the system is infested with
spyware, malware, trojans, viruses .... you name it.

Boot from the CD and see if it detects a Windows installation, and if so, what
the drive letter is. You might be able to get it up by running a Repair on the
current installation. If you take that route, expect to have to reinstall most
(if not all) other applications. Have you tried booting from the CD and running
the Recovery Console to poke around and see what you can find?
