1. Try un-plugging and re-pluging EVERY power and data connection on the
drives and motherboard. Wiggle them to make sure there's a decent
connection.
2. Un-plug all drives except the floppy, see if it boots.
3. Try the PS on another MB if you have one.
4. Try the monitor on another box to make sure it's OK.
