If you have access to a voltmeter you could check the CPU voltage !  
But take great care around the CPU PSU, there is over a hundred amps 
available there !!!  You should see +5v on the input, +3.3v on the 
intermediate stage and around +1.5volts on the output.  On some m/b 
there is no +5V and you only get the 3.3v and 1.5v on the output.  
The exact output voltage will depend upon the particular processor.

All the other voltages should be within 5% or better, of nominal.
