Wow, I have experienced the exact opposite. Here in So Cal. I have had not one problem with Comcast speed or reliability. OTH I have to call Verizon DSL every other month to fix my mother's home connection and the one at her business. I guess cable vs. dsl is just a hit or miss thing.
