It's right when I'm in the middle of something, going from one URL to another or to another frame within the site I'm viewing. Another time I've noticed it is when I put in a URL, like garlic.com and don't put in the http://......I just did it and it brought up the "dial-up connect" dialog box/menu......but it didn't check "work offline", though. When I added the http:// to the start of the URL, it connected without incident. I just tried hotmail.com (without the http://) and it worked. It's got me going!! It doesn't happen all the time, but much too often and it's a big hassle to have to go to FILE and uncheck "work offline".
