Sorry, do you mean that the path to winrar is not in the PATH environment variable or you don't have a PATH environment variable? The latter is not possible so you must mean the former. It could be as James said, it has a file association and "knows" it from there.


But if you have commands that won't work from Start/Run you either need to have their folders in the PATH, fully path the command or click the Browse and select it from there.
