Probably not C:\Program Files\WinRar. I don't either & yet it runs when I
do Start/Run/Winrar [no .exe req'd]
Yep, same here. I know Windows stores the path to executables in the
registry, so perhaps the Path environment variable is no longer all that
necessary.
