I'm not sure how far-reaching the decision will end up being.  But as I 
read it, the decision only directly affects the file-swapping firms 
themselves -- that the decision basically likens the file swapping 
programs to items like lock picks, where the improper use vastly 
outweighs any legitmate use and so makes the manufacturer liable for its 
(mis)use.
