Outlook also behaves in a similar manner & as to why I don't believe anyone
knows. Apparently MSFT feels that top posting is the best even tho it
messes up quoting of the original & placement of a signature. Such
questions have been asked of MSFT many times & I don't think anyone has
gotten an answer that satisfies them.
Because of this & not being able to do selective quoting when replying are
the reasons why I can't bring myself to use anything MSFT for email even
tho I've tried many times I just can't get use to their way of doing things
in this situation.
