Neil Atwood gave me the "control userpasswords2" command line

Pro command that wasn't removed from Home. Some things it
can do in Home, other things it tries to do and can't because
Home just doesn't have the components. I don't think it
would help much here either.
It boils down to, Home just isn't Pro.
That's the command I was trying to recall. So it doesn't work?
Oh well, as you say Home just isn't Pro.
It would appear to be:
1) The XP Pro style "Local users and groups" management tool
(to manage Groups) is not available in Home.
2) The XP Pro style "Local Security Settings" management tool
(to set Polices) is not available in Home.
I believe those two items were what Bernie was looking for in
XP Home.
