BTW safe mode with command prompt or cmd.exe showed me

Tried to delete in cmd.exe but tells me it cannot find the

You might want to try the following:
-------------------------------
<http://www.botmanfamily.net/~aurelien/articles/deleting_recycler_files.html>
[snip]
Method
Open a DOS prompt. Type the following command:
del \\?\c:\recycler\nprotect\*.*
The troublesome files should now be gone, and you should be
able to delete c:\recycler\nprotect and c:\recycler from
Explorer. The magic appears to be in the \\? which precedes the
path. Why you are able to delete the files this way and not by
any other method is currently unclear; comments are gratefully
received.
