Obviously the bloody nastie wiped the registry and I lost all the registry setting for everything so a reinstall of 70% was necessary. Still got to get modem up & running and video editing progs although still there no reg values. Had to change Hdd letters to install stuff as DVD RW drive was relabeled R instead of M Took the opportunity to install Norton Systemworks 2005 now only need to install Winfax, password manager and a couple of other things and then do a backu and test it.
