Now that I have changed my email address for this list, I can again enjoy
reading such informative message.
I had never heard of bogon but your suggestion sounds reasonable
and I would like to hear from Ben Parker if it is using an outdated
filter.

This is a long shot, but this issue could be caused by a bogon filter:
http://ispcolumn.isoc.org/2004-04/bogons.html
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps5207/products_field_notice09186a00803e13e9.shtml
SBC is known to have activated some new IP ranges that were
previously on the bogon list. Perhaps the LSoft List Server has not
updated its bogon list.
