I had cancelled the shut down before sending my message to the 
list.  Then after I sent it, I hit "shut down" and it poped up 
immediately.

I guess it is just some "processes" that are sauntering along and 
taking their time.

I do now live in the "land of manana", you know.  No one knows 
what "time" means down here.

That sounds like a package marked "open at your own risk" 
<smile>.

Can you direct me to a site where one can view all the "processes" 
that are loaded?  I mean if  "jimd.exe" is loaded, what loaded it??

Thanks.  Anyway, down here in NM, nothing has to be done "this 
year" anyway, so I'll just kick back, relax and wait <smile>.
