I was installing a new XP machine yesterday and while creating a user
account, it asked if I wanted to make the user's files "private" so that
other users couldn't see them, so I did.
Turns out it prevents users with Admin privileges, too!
I'd like to turn that off but cannot find a way. Anyone know?
