With this CD I do not get the choice to click play, believe me as I was
astounded that I didn't get this choice when I inserted the CD or when I
started
Windows Media Player on my own.
I used Windows Explorer to look at all the files on this CD and there was
nothing in there executable, I even went as far as double clicking on almost
every one of them.
Yes, Windows Explorer does show the same contents for that CD on both of my
PC's.

What if you open Windows Media Player and just click play? (Depending on
configuration, you may have to click the down arrow next to "Now Playing"
and choose the CD drive.)
When you say "looked at everything on that CD", does that mean "with Windows
Explorer" ?
And if so, does what you see in Explorer appear the same when you do that on
both PCs?
