You'll have to answer that question yourself -
How much do you upload in a month,
Is any of it 'large volume - that you are waiting on having sent
And do you send it to systems where they worry about 512Kb rates for your
stuff

Me - I'll occasionally send 30Mb - but once I've started it going it can
take the next hour for all I care.

Sometimes I send 1Mb that somebody wants - but 1Mb = 8Mbits
and @ 512Kbits/sec - that's - Oooooo over  ΒΌ of a minute
(assuming no contention - and you didn't mention your suppliers contention
factor)
