When I opened the message, I found that Wayne Johnson had written:

I'll see if I can figure how to get it from the archives.
She told me that the Mobile Office is the Software "and" the cable

Whatever it was/is (I may just hook up my laptop and see) when I plug
the phone into the laptop, the phone shows a Verizon icon and I just
click on the Fast Connect icon on the computerscreen. Once connected,
you can just surf the web, go to your mail server or whatever.............the
same as anything else.....except slower.
Just tried it, but couldn't connect. We live in a terrible reception area
and sometimes it takes our phones "minutes" to even dial or connect
to another phone.
I'm gonna call Tech Support again and try to find someone to iron this
all out.

It's probably a confusion in terms. Mobile Web costs more. She said
Mobile Office only costs for the air time.....and "at the right time" it
wouldn't cost anything.
I'll also try to get that archive.
Thanks,
Jim
