When I opened the message, I found that Carl Houseman had written:

It wasn't a Dell CD......it Was a Win2K CD.....not from HP. The HP
came with WinME......what a junker!

Apparently I don't have one! I have all the others, so I must have not
gotten one.
Once I get finished with all this "fixing" and it doesn't work, I'll give
Dell a call.
Gotta get the malware off.
