No Choice it just asks - as usual - hit enter to install windows so I do as 
usual.

Then is checks the Hdd even though its just formatted it (primary partition 
NTFS)

No - just the previous text at the bottom of the DOS window 
 "Examining 152626 MB DISK 0 at ID 0 on bus 0 on ATAPI....."

Red Hdd activity light is on and prog states  "Examining 152626 MB DISK 0 at ID 
0 on bus 0 on
ATAPI....."

I let it run for about an hour then decided to install on a 30Gb PATA and then 
install all the MOBO
drivers and clone the PATA to the SATA then BACKUP.............

What say you ----------------?
