Not really.  Logic joke is that fact but if they were full when new then the 
printer would cost £200
($400) more) or thereabouts.  Remember you have only paid about $200 for the 
ink in the printer and
$300 for the printer - buy a new printer and all you get is a new printer 1/2 
full which is exactly
what you already have.

The HP colour lasers we have in school are not impressive in any way.  Slow, 
Expensive, LARGE, Heavy
and no paper tray which is an extra @ $150 or thereabouts.
