no, I just seem to remember an article that you could only access via OE
with a paid subscription after a certain point? Obviously I'm wrong :)
If I remember correctly I got that message, "Hotmail is not longer
accessible via Outlook Express" when I tried to configure it for a customer.
I realize how inconsistent and inaccurate error messages etc. are.
