Stay away from Vonage. It took me about a month to get it to work & then it
still wouldn't work the way they said it would. Although they advertise that it
is easy to install & setup don't believe it. It sounds like all of its support
is based in India as well. Everyone I have talked to so far has had that
accent. I had to stay on hold for about a half hour to just cancel the service.
It is the only time I had to sit on hold, so that should tell you something
about them. Sort of like AOL in trying to get rid of the service.

I have gone with Comcast instead & it's been really good so far. I am paying
more than Vonage but ALOT less than Verizon. All of their support sounds like
in this country & have had to wait very little for service. It work from the
very first day. They took care of discontinuing my Verizon service as well.
Also got to keep my phone #. I have to admit that none of the internet based
services have as good a quality of voice as Verizon but the cost is a huge
difference.

Just my $.00000000002 worth!
