When I opened the message, I found that Rick Cogan had written:

Yes, I know.  I just thought maybe when I query LAPTOP I might look 
for something awry......................and lo and behold, I found it!!

NOTE:     I have a problem, I guess. The IP address for DAD and 
LAPTOP are the same.

This stuff is above my level of "unexpertise", but I know that shouldn't be.
However, I don't know who/what assigns numbers to who/what, nor how 
to change them if necessary.

It has a ton of Admin Tools, but I didn't see anything about Network 
Access Settings, but under Local Services it does have something
about Network.  Like I said, this is more technical than I'm used to.
