Yes, actually, I've had to do that before, however I have enough experience with enough different programs, particularly remote access and vpn, that I can zip through setup. Now with that said, I continually try different programs in my office/lab so I have a grasp of them when onsite. If the client gives me a program they want installed, I clearly let them know I don't know that piece of software but will learn it and get it setup properly. I tell clients when I don't know the software and pretty much all of them still give the go ahead. -- Harondel J.
