Almost perfect!!!
Except, one of the criteria was to save the data, and be able to
change, or complete the form at a later date.
Seems that Adobe's "extensions" that allow just that were priced to
make them huge profits from "rich businesses".
I know I'm being a pain, but...
I don't know if the following will help, but...
If they have MS Office XP or 2003 (don't know about earlier
versions), Print the filled-in form to the "Microsoft Office
Document Image Writer" print driver. This creates an image file on
the hard drive, network server, CD, or DVD, in TIFF or MDI
(Microsoft Document Imaging) format that can then be emailed. The
coordinator can then print out the file to store in a filing cabinet.
I was able to "print" an Acrobat form that could not normally be
saved with the filled in data. I then emailed it to myself, then
printed it out. So I have a file and paper copy of the form.
