Answer Yes when prompted and reboot the system. After reboot, check the Event Viewer (Application) for results (source is Winlogon). During this delay, is the HDD LED turned on continuously? If so, check Event Viewer > System for log entries that may indicate a hard drive problem. Or any other events logged at the start of the delay or just after the system starts responding again.
