I've had both and beg to differ with you.
Please keep in mind, that some of present Comcast is former
ATT, but in other places Comcast is the old structure of
original Comast. They still have not gotten together
completely.
Philly is old Comcast, I believe. Certainly, my Comcast in
Columbus is old Comcast.
