Since it is just a home network with very little business involved, I was

There's a ton of ton of those! Which one did you get? How much was it
and are you happy with it?
Least expensive wireless router I've seen so far is $29.99 (after rebate/s)
and it's a NetGear. It's an 802.11b.

So my connection to the internet will probably be slower than the
router? That may be an understatement too, since I'm using DirecWay
and it's slow! Better than dial-up, though <smile>.
What about the USB Wireless adapters?
