Hi Carl, I'm away from my system right now (back Saturday afternoon); however,
my recollection is that they are the same.

My ISP-friend had me check this and I had three different telephone numbers
(one long distance) to connect with my ISP and the problem happens with all
three numbers - same username and password. ISP Tech Support tried a specific
DNS as well as automatic but that didn't make a difference. My ISP-friend is
currently checking whether there is a problem with the Kaspersky firewall. I
had tried temporarily disabling both it and Kaspersky AV, but that didn't make
a difference.

Thank you for your kind offer. I'll write again Saturday whether or not I've
had any success with any ISP-solutions.
