Hello again.... I tried a different modem (external) with the same results. Connected to my ISP and then no further. The error message is "Cannot Find Server" in the browser and "Unable to find address of server" in Agent email.

Here is what ipconfig /all says:

 DNS Servers: 192.168.3.3
              192.168.2.2

Unless you are on a broadband gateway (you're on dial-up), those DNS addresses are invalid. One way to troubleshoot DNS issues is to try the IP address instead of the url. For example, if you can NOT get to <http://cals.arizona.edu>, but can get to <http://150.135.40.100>, then the DNS address(es) need checking.

BTW where did you get those DNS addresses from?
