Possibly INCD is trying to reformat the disc.
I get verify errors when I write to -RW media using Nero to write to them as
if they were -R media
Usually around track 30 - onwards, which is where I believe INCD writes the
allocation tables and empty directory when it gets to the end of the format
process - note that this can take a long time (30 mins plus) as it is
running as a low priority background task)
I believe -RW media packet mode format spec requires the disc to be fully
formatted before writing data, while +RW allows format as it writes data
It's INCD formatting them as a background task, even though I've set the
options for it not to do so!
I write a small image to -RW media, then re-use them to write the full
fileset/image I want. That way INCD gets stopped from formatting them as it
recognises they are not blank, and I have to tell Nero to overwrite them
