How would you successfully sue Ahead for design features in their software?

Also why bother, when there is a far more culpable organisation (known as
Microsoft) that doesn't seem to be concerned if it supplies you with
software that will let others find out all of the details you set into your
computer system.

I consider that software that ignores your option specifications but
maintains the system security to be far less of a problem than software that
does not let you specify you want the system to maintain your data securely.

Interestingly, for the legal professionals, I suspect that under UK
legislation all persons installing, or using Microsoft windows Operating
systems are in breach of the data protection, and computer access acts.

Cummon Data Protection Registrar - how about a nice selection of
prosecutions for using an insecure OS
Labour party,
Tory Party
Prime Minister
Liberal Democrats
Home Office
Data Protection Registrar
Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales

And I'm not sure which EU bodies use PC's running Windows OS
