oops.. that should be: True we do not need Pro for sharing,
since we do not share (besides Home already does sharing).
... BUT we need Pro to "reclaim the reserved 20% bandwidth",
for which we are paying for, but NOT USING.
If the Board of Directors (or whatever runs the non-profit)
do not KNOW that is false...
