Hmmm. this doesn't seem to have worked.  I get an error
  "Unable to open INI file c:\PRgram~1\agent\data\agent.ini"
I'm assuming it is trying to open it for writing, which my limited acct 
doesn't have access to. BUT: the more serious underlying problem is that 
that's not the right '.ini' file to be using.  My *real* agent install is 
at e:\news, and so I need to somehow get the mailing stuff to use THAT 
[because that's where all my initialation, signatures, server access, 
etc, stuff is]
