NO BERNIE -- that is telling Outlook to shut up and not to bother you. It is
NOTHING to do with shortcuts..........

The AGENT shortcut - wherever you might have put it is the one to tell where to
start in.

How long have you been playing with computers Bernie?  You should remember that
by now!
