It did -- I was surprised, actually: there was a drop-down for the 
"email" program and Forte Agent was right there in the list.,  Problem is 
that it didn't give me any choice about which directory to "start in", 
which is the crucial factor in getting the proper "instance" of Agent.

I just double checked and there's no opportunity to put in a command line 
of your own (on this particular system [my desktop system at work] I have 
Forte AGent, Hotmail, MSN Explorer and Outlook Express as the only 
choices]

I can see the problem: it is obviously starting the program *IN* its 
install directory, which might work for most programs but doesn't for 
AGent...
