Worked!! I had to change several places [found a bunch of reg entries
relating to "mailto"] but I don't quite understand the command line quite
right so while it is now properly starting Agent [YAY!!!], agent isn't
picking up the to/subject from the mailto... so I have some more tweaking
to do but at least I'm in the right area now...
