No, I'm saying WHEN ipconfig /all shows the WAN IP address THEN I can
(using various tools) copy it to the clipboard automagically, but UNLESS
I have an ICG icon in network connections that WAN info is NOT available
to ipconfig /all, and is NOT always available to ipconfig /all even when
I do have an ICG icon, even though in a perfect world I know darn well
ipconfig /all SHOULD list my WAN IP, as it does so on my bro's PC each
and every time I try it

Yes, WHEN it chooses to show itself, but, right now, 1 reboot after
seeing an ICG connection and a tray "connected" icon, I see neither,
although probably tomorrow that will change <g>. It really is too
trivial an issue to worry about any longer, my issue was with gaming and
pasting wan ip, I resolved that with a freeware app and good old
PowerPro, the rest is just good ol' XP :) It's bound to be something
I've blocked/disabled/uninstalled along the way :)
