Since I have some interest in this subject suddenly <G> - why can't
you just copy the restore disks? Is there anything that prevents it
from doing so?
To be honest, when I was shopping for this laptop of mine, I did not
give much thought to how "nice" the company was with these sorts of
things. I discovered a can of real worms.
Again, why are the folks at HP so damned protective - hoping for a
few bucks if you loose the restore. All this "modern" business
practice makes me want throw up on some CEO's desk.
